Low Fat Chocolate Pudding to Satisfy Any Craving

Here is a recipe for a low in fat chocolate pudding that will satisfy you craving for something soft and sweet without the guilt that comes afterward.

You will need:
1 4 serving size package sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
2 cups of low fat milk or soymilk
1 and 1/2 cups of thawed, frozen light whipped topping
1/2 cup of chopped fresh strawberries (optional)
1 teaspoon strawberry flavored extract
Some extra thawed frozen light whipped topping

To Prepare:

In a separate bowl, create your fruit filling by combining the whipped topping, strawberry extract and strawberries together.
